Lieutenant William Wilson

Lieutenant William Wilson’s law enforcement career includes over 23 years as a police officer with the cities of Rialto, Perris, and Farmers Branch, Texas. He also served four years active duty with the United States Army Infantry. Lieutenant Wilson is a Desert Storm Veteran and he is a graduate of the Sheriff Sherman Block Supervisory Leadership Institute, Class #316. Lieutenant Wilson graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors in Workforce Education and also holds his Management POST Certificate. Currently, Lieutenant Wilson is attending POST Command College, Class #58. Lieutenant Wilson has held a variety of assignments, to include: Patrol, Gangs, Narcotics, Auto Theft, and Support Services. Lieutenant Wilson is a court recognized expert in gangs, narcotics, and auto theft and is a member of the California Gang Investigators Association, California Peace Officers' Association, California Narcotic Officers' Association, International Association of Chiefs of Police, and International Auto Theft Investigators Association.
